Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please email us at purrpopbusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.
